Transfer and Conveyance Representative

The Transfer and Conveyance Representative is responsible for reviewing documents for transfer for compliance with applicable laws and standards and ensuring accurate data entry of the same. Informally, Transfer and Conveyance is also known as Deeds. The Transfer and Conveyance Representative will work with other internal departments, other county offices, law firms, title companies, and the general public to ensure timely processing of materials submitted. Having a strong attention to detail, being willing to learn, and the ability to apply rules to evaluate compliance are essential skills to be successful in this position.

Tax and Special Assessments Floater

The Tax and Special Assessments Floater is responsible for calculating and data entry of property tax adjustments, various property tax exemptions, and splits and combines of parcels, among others. They will work with other internal departments, other county offices, and the general public and should have excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal. Having a strong attention to detail, skills in customer service, and the ability to analyze financial data are essential skills to be successful in this position.
