Tax and Special Assessments Floater

The Tax and Special Assessments Floater is responsible for calculating and data entry of property tax adjustments, various property tax exemptions, and splits and combines of parcels, among others. They will work with other internal departments, other county offices, and the general public and should have excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal. Having a strong attention to detail, skills in customer service, and the ability to analyze financial data are essential skills to be successful in this position.

Education and Outreach Specialist

The Education and Outreach Specialist is responsible for answering questions on the phones, staffing the Auditor's booth at events, and assisting departments as needed. They will work with the general public, other internal departments, and other county offices and should have excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal. Having a strong skills in customer service, the ability to understand and quickly respond to people with correct information, and good organization are essential skills to be successful in this position. Candidates should be willing and able to work occasional overtime and weekend hours to staff events.
