Director of Property Transfers
This position leads and directs the Property Transfer department which includes managing all property and mobile home transfers, rental registrations, and forfeited land records for Lucas County. It ensures that accurate and complete data is entered from each transfer into the LCAO Real Estate system and to the AREIS Online system, ensuring that all information is reflected promptly and correctly in the database.
