Homestead Extra Savings Information
Property owners who are eligible for the Homestead property tax reduction for Tax Year 2026 may be eligible for an additional discount on their January 2027 property tax bill. If you are already receiving the Homestead Exemption, you do NOT need to apply for this additional discount. It will automatically be applied to your bill.
